As you know, the labour shortage is hitting our industry in full force and unfortunately, our staff was unable to take a vacation this year. This is why at that time, the whole team will take a well-deserved break and get back in great shape, ready to serve you for the rest of the year!
Therefore, there will be no food service at the Bistro or in the rooms during this period. The Burger Pub will be open according to regular business hours.

June 18, 2021. – The Bistro 4 Saisons and Burger Pub's dining rooms are open again!
Please read the current restrictions* before your arrival.
Bistro opening hours: Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m.;
Wednesday to Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 5 to 9 p.m.
Closed from October 11 to 18 inclusively.
Pub opening hours: Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m.; Wednesday to Saturday starting at 11:30 a.m.;
and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bar service in the evening from Tuesday to Sunday.
Breakfasts are served in the dining room, from 7 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday to Sunday.
As announced by the Government of Quebec, a vaccination passport will be required for all customers over 12 years old as of September 1st. For visitors who do not reside in Quebec, a photo ID with an address outside Quebec and proof issued by their country or Canadian province that they have had their COVID-19 vaccines will replace the vaccination passport..

*A reservation (819 847-2555 or online) is required due to the very limited places, and we keep a register or all customers at all times. A maximum of 10 people can be seated at the same table, or the occupants of 3 private residences maximum for tables over 10. Customers must be seated at all times, and wearing a face cover is mandatory for people aged 10 and over, when walking around the restaurant.
