Bistro opening hours: Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m.;
Wednesday to Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 5 to 9 p.m.
Please note that due to the labor shortage, we unfortunately have to close the lunches at the Bistro for a short period of time. Therefore, please note that there will be no lunch service from December 1 to 18 inclusively. Dinners will take place according to the usual schedule, and the Burger Pub will continue to serve lunches.
Pub opening hours: Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m.; Wednesday to Saturday starting at 11:30 a.m.;
and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bar service in the evening from Tuesday to Sunday.
Breakfasts are served in the dining room, from 7 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday to Sunday.

As announced by the Government of Quebec, a vaccination passport will be required for all customers over 12 years old as of September 1st. For visitors who do not reside in Quebec, a photo ID with an address outside Quebec and proof issued by their country or Canadian province that they have had their COVID-19 vaccines will replace the vaccination passport.
A reservation (819 847-2555 or online) is required due to the very limited places, and we keep a register or all customers at all times. A maximum of 10 people can be seated at the same table, or the occupants of 3 private residences maximum for tables over 10. Customers must be seated at all times, and wearing a face cover is mandatory for people aged 10 and over, when walking around the restaurant.
The aromas that emanate from it truly reach culinary summits. While it is based on French cuisine, the menu also has a distinctively Québécois flavour. The Chef loves mixing simplicity and refinement.
