UPDATE – January 7, 2021

Dear Guests,
Due to the current situation, several measures have been set up and we have changed certain procedures. Please read the following points carefully before your arrival:

  • We will be happy to welcome you in a safe and comfortable environment. If you have traveled, if you have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you show symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of smell or taste), we ask you to postpone your stay;
  • Upon your arrival, our staff may ask you questions related to COVID-19. Depending on your answers, you could unfortunately be denied access to the hotel;
  • To ensure our customers and employees’ safety, several additional hygiene measures have been put up and are rigorously followed by our staff. Please respect them as well. In the event of non-compliance, our team is authorized to intervene;
  • Our team has detailed procedures to follow in the event that a customer or an employee shows symptoms or is declared positive to COVID-19;
  • All common areas are currently closed, and gatherings are not allowed;
  • People staying in the same room must come from the same family “bubble”;
  • Please note that there will be no housekeeping during your stay. For any need (coffee, extra towels, etc.), please contact the front desk;
  • From January 9 to February 8, we ask you to respect the government's curfew and please stay in your room between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.;
  • Likewise, all check-ins must be done before 8 p.m., if possible. Exceptions may apply;
  • The swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and entertainment room are closed indefinitely;
  • The Bistro 4 Saisons's dining room is closed indefinitely. Hot and cold breakfasts are available to pick up or by room service. A lunch/dinner menu (7 days a week, 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) is available for hotel guests through our room service, as well as to non-hotel guests through our take-out service. Click here for more info;
  • The Burger Pub, also located onsite, is currently closed, but it is possible to order meals from its menu through Bistro 4 Saisons;
  • The Dôme de Morphée esthetic spa, independent from the hotel, will only offer massage therapy starting December 25, and for an indefinite period of time;
